Humbled to be counted among a trove of amazing African women featured in “HerStory, Daughters of Modjadji/Umlando Wakhe – Amadodakazi Endlovukazi uModjadji by Natasha Allie, Baba Tamana-Gqubule and Thandiwe Matthews.

The bilingual treasure is illustrated with heart-warming home grown artwork and is available at R250 through Khaloza Books.

Last month, legendary SA journalist and current Editor-at-Large of Huffington Post South Africa Ferial Haffejee and I had a reading of parts of the book at the Kingsmead Book Fair, and it was special to read my story to young girls, and listen to their hopes and dreams as they look to make their mark on the world.
