Today, I had a wonderful opportunity to host the Oracle CX Executive Roundtable.
The “Inner Circle” attracted leading names in the digital space including Shaun Frazao, Head of Digital at Wavemaker Digital, Samantha Hoosen, Operations Director at VWV and other luminaries of the industry.
It was a highly interactive session with key presentations from Doby Malubane, Director of Customer Experience Strategy for Africa on Practical CX in an Experience Economy and Cornelia can Heerden, Director of Solution Engineering for Customer Experience.

The discussions were lovely as we explored aligning CX efforts to the demand of an experience economy and the impact of CX and how to measure the return on investment of your CX initiatives.
